Judith A. Fields' Obituary
Judith A. Fields, age 78, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, after an extended bout of health issues and dementia. Her suffering ended early this morning when she quietly passed away. Ron and his brother, Robert loved their mother dearly and while they are sad for the loss, they are grateful that her passing was peaceful. She was born on January 26, 1945, to DeOwn and Bertha (Ilsink) Morin in Muskegon, MI and remained a lifelong resident. She dedicated numerous years to both ADAC Automotive and Haviland Chemical company. Judy was known for her love of a bargain at a yard sale or enjoying an ice-cold beverage preferably a beer. She had a love for animals, especially her dog and naughty parrot. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Her family will miss her dearly including her sons, Robert (fiancée Holly Symons) Mayo and Ronald (Sonja) Mayo; brother, Ronald Morin; two sisters, Molly Nelson and Lola Alexander; four grandchildren, Hailey (Marc) Buchner, Alyssa (Mark) Mayo, Tyler (Jenna Amber) Mayo and Mitchell (Josie) Mayo; and five great-grandchildren, Samuel Buchner, Allie Buchner, Parker Mayo, Nova Mayo and Madison Mayo. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Memorial will be held from 2-4:00PM on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at First Christian Church, 2755 Holton Rd., Muskegon, MI 49445.
