Judith Ann Finlay's Obituary
Judith Ann “Judy†Finlay, age 68, of Muskegon, died Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at Sanctuary at McAuley in Muskegon.
Judy was born on November 10, 1941, in Manistee, to Peter H. and Eleanor V. (Meister) Bentoske, Sr. She married James William Finlay on November 10, 1962, in Egelston Township.
She is survived by four children, Sandra (Greg) Gunn of Muskegon , Steven (Katy) Rasic of Twin Lake, Susan (Corey) Burmeister of Muskegon, and Robert Finlay (Amy Hogan) of Ravenna; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her mother-in-law, Eva Finlay of Muskegon; four brothers, Harlan (Charlotte) Kott and Dale Kott, both of Manistee, Ed (Raene) Kott of Fruitport, and Peter (Sandra) Bentoske, Jr. of Muskegon; two sisters, Shirley (Jack) Britton of Cedar Springs and Carol Raatz of Manistee.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and husband, a son, William Finlay, a granddaughter, Samantha Rasic, a brother, Donovan Kott, and a sister, Beverly Winright.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 14, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Throop Funeral Home of Ravenna. The family will be at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at Ravenna Township Cemetery.
