Judith Kay McBride's Obituary
Judith Kay McBride, age 81, met her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 3, 2022. She was born on April 24, 1941 to John and Pearl (Brightwell) Walls in Muskegon, MI where she has been a lifelong resident. She dedicated many years working at University Park where she was a dietary cook. Judith was a proud mother, loving grandmother, wonderful great-grandmother, and dear friend to many. She enjoyed word searches, fill in puzzles, reading and playing Bingo. She was known as the “bingo baby” by many. Judith was the life of the party always filling a room with nonstop laughter. Her radiant smile and vivacious spirit will genuinely be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her 7 children, Arthur Walls, Ethel (Marcell) Buchanan, Albert McBride, Curtis (Vicky) McBride III, Phillip (Tracey) McBride, Brooke (Reggie) Grant and Edward McBride; 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Floyd (Carla) Riley and Napoleon Wells; sister, Fayette Rankin; special cousin, Billie Joy Thomas; and sister from another mother, Ann Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Pearl Walls; son, Curtis McBride I; brother, Melvin Walker; sister, Virginia Sue Alexander; and grandson, Dánae McBride.
