Judith A. "Judie" Meyering's Obituary
Mrs. Judith A, Meyering, age 61, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday morning, February 2, 2004, after an extended illness. She was born September 26, 1942 in Muskegon to Harry & Anna (Baar) Bolema and had been a life resident of the area. Judie was a member of Allen Ave. Christian Reformed Church and a former member of its choir. On October 7, 1960 she married Jerry Meyering and he survives her along with 2 sons, Ross (Teri) Meyering of Cadillac and Dean (Cindy) Meyering of Grayling; 3 grandchildren, Megan, Blake and Nicholas Meyering; 3 sisters-in-law, Patricia Bolema of Norton Shores; Sharon Bolema of North Muskegon and Marion (Bob) Darrow of Holland. Judie was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Larry and Curtis Bolema. A SERVICE celebrating the life of Judie will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at Allen Ave. Christian Reformed Church (695 Allen Ave.) with the Rev. Robert Bierenga officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Cadillac, MI. VISITATION with Judie’s family will be 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 1547 W.
