Mrs. Judy L. Beck's Obituary
Mrs. Judy L. Beck, 74 of Fruitport, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 10, 1946 to Chester and Freda (Forbes) Worth in Hart. Judy will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children Tammy (Terry) Wolschleger of Grand Haven, John (Angie) Pelton of Fruitport, David (Christine) Pelton of Grand Haven, Gary (Amanda) Beck of Fruitport and Jennifer Beck of Fruitport. Her Grandchildren Jessica, Justine, Jordan, John, Heather, Travis, Bianna, Nate and Gary Lee. Her great grandchildren Riley, Scotty, Mya, Julian, Holly, Landon, Bentley and one on the way. Sister Bonnie Jean (Bob) McGregor of Grand Haven, Brother Don (Jera) Worth of Spring Lake, ex-husband John Pelton of Grand Haven and dear friend Dan (Karen) Muckey of Fruitport. Judy will be joining her grandson Jacob and loving husband Gary Beck that she so dearly missed along with sisters Gladys (Clayton) Latch, Dolly (Dick) Taylor, and Viola (Bill) McGregor. Judy loved spending time with her family. She loved spending time outside in her yard, sewing, baking, crafting and collecting things then packing them away to start a new collection. She was known to love Elvis and spent her last days listening to his music. Judy had a servant’s heart always putting everyone’s needs before her own. Because of COVID-19 and social distancing private family services will be held. Burial will take place at Lakeshore Cemetery in Grand Haven. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Beck may be made to Hospice of Michigan Arrangements by The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
