Judy A. Dodson's Obituary
Mrs. Judith Ann Dodson, age 72, passed away Friday morning, November 14, 2014. She was born August 18, 1942 in Laurium, MI to Richard and Arbutus (Cadwell) Satterley. Judy was previously a member of First Congregational Church and was currently an active member of Berean Church where she started the Sunshine Ministries 14 years ago. Judy was a talented florist and also enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, and reading. She was a caring person to all, but her greatest joy was her family. On December 9, 1961 she married William T. Dodson in Hubbell, MI and he survives her along with 2 sons: Tom (Jennifer) Dodson of Arlington, TX, Steve (Ashleigh) Dodson of Ravenna; 7 grandchildren: Amber, Chase, Daphne, Miles, Kayleigh (Dion) Ferrier, Logan, and Alexis. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Richard Satterley; and sister, Bernice Therrian. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Berean Church with Rev. Craig Apel officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in Norton Cemetery. MEMORIALS to Berean Church will be appreciated.
