Judy Jeanne (Tromp) Coon's Obituary
Judy Jeanne (Tromp) Coon, age 77, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 in Grand Haven, Michigan surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on October 28, 1946 to Homer and Beverly (Carlson) Way. Judy was employed by Howmet Aerospace and Donnelly Corporation prior to her retirement. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, gardening, camping, and tubing down the river. Judy also enjoyed going to the racetrack, listening to music, and loved animals. Most importantly, Judy loved her family and cherished time spent with them. She is survived by her daughters, Angela (Jason) Bronold and Kelli (John Yarranton) Tromp; grandchildren, Ashley (Andrew Hill) Geisler, Crystal (David) Essing, and Jesse (Alexis Ardelean) Tromp; great-granddaughters, Macy and Reese; brothers, Jim Way and Larry Way; sisters, Debbie Morehouse and Cindy (Terry) Wieland; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Daniel Tromp; granddaughter, Kelcie Tromp-McDonald; brother, Kenneth Way; and brother-in-law, Phil Morehouse. Judy’s FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 12:00PM Monday, April 29, 2024 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
