Mrs. Judy D. Major, age 66, passed away early Saturday morning, September 26, 2009 in Johnstown, PA. She was born June 7, 1943 in Muskegon to Walter and Luella (McDonald) Twining. She enjoyed music, dance, drawing, and painting. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Brooke (Sandy) Major of Ravenna, Walt (Cassie) Major of Miamisburg, OH, Brent (Lisa) Major of Muskegon, Robert (Shawnda) Major of Mineral Point, PA; 8 grandchildren; 1 great- grandchild; 2 brothers, Homer and William Twining; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 7 siblings, Melvin, Verla, Ivan, Louie, Walt, Vida, and Allen. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Saturday, October 3, 2009 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 (231-726-5210)with Pastor Chuck Smith officiating. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service.
