Julia W. Buys, 80, of Muskegon passed away peacefully on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon, Michigan. She was born on October 28, 1941. On March 28, 1979, she married Larry Buys. She is survived by her husband, Larry Buys of Muskegon; 3 sons Ricky VanHohenstein of Florida, Dennis “Fred” (Tina) VanHohenstein of Shelby, and Brian Buys of Muskegon; 2 daughters, Blinda Welch of Muskegon and Brenda Wallace of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Kole, Matthew, Mandy, Torrean,Tim and Cole; 7 great-grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella, Alicia, Jullian,Ariana,Hunter and Matthew
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, George Hoffman; granddaughter, Mandy Croff; grandson, Tim VanHohenstein; and great-grandson Matthew Taylor. There will be no service and cremation has already taken place. Share memories with the family at www.sytsemafh.com.
