Julie A. Meinders' Obituary
Julie Ann Meinders, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 22. She was born on February 17, 1990 to Kenneth Meinders and Doris Meinders in Pensacola, Florida. Juju was known for her sense of humor and selfless heart. She loved life and had a happy go-lucky attitude. Julie never let muscular dystrophy control her life, always moving forward and looking ahead. She enjoyed music, camping, reading and art. Most of all, Julie loved spending time with her family and friends. Her pride and joy was her daughter, Ryleigh, whom she loved unconditionally. Julie will be deeply missed by her daughter, Ryleigh Rai Kay; father, Ken (Sharon) Meinders; mother, Doris Meinders; step-mother, Diane Swan; siblings, Tamara Meinders, Kenny Meinders, Mariah Wicinski, Logan Meinders, Kele Gallegos and Grace Gallegos; step-sisters, Samantha Maycroft and Nicole Maycroft; grandfathers, Leroy Meinders and Larry L. Wiles Sr; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; and many beloved friends. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 29 from 11AM-1PM at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 E. Apple Ave., 231-726-5210, followed by the burial at Egelston Twp. Memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated.
