June Bertha Gue's Obituary
Mrs. June B. Gue, age 81, passed away early Saturday, January 9, 2010 at a local nursing home. She was born February 23, 1928 in Muskegon to Gustave and Bertha (Jespersen) Spink. The former June Bertha Spink married Floyd E. Gue, Sr. in Muskegon on January 4, 1945. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1977. June was a loving mother and homemaker, and in 1988, returned to school and received her High School Diploma from Muskegon High School. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and was a founding member of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and remained active with W.O.W. and made many friends there. She is survived by 4 sons, Floyd E. (Rita) Gue, Jr., William L. (Darlene) Gue, Sr., James A. (Ginny) Gue, Sr. and Mark E. (Janice) Gue, Sr.; 3 daughters, Brenda Wright, Louise Gue and Beth Marie Dempkey; 1 brother, George Spink; a son-in-law, James Pendock, I; 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Pendock and granddaughter, Katherine Kay Pendock. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., January 13, 2010 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Rev. Robert J. Conradt officiating. VISITATION will be Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at
