This week we say goodbye to someone special. Karen was strong-willed, said it like it was, and called you out on your BS.
Thinking of Karen reminds me of togetherness. She reminds me of when my Grandma, Lorraine Culver, was alive. I remember how much fun I used to have with Matt and Andrea, from when we were just kids in the backyard to the Thanksgivings spent together at the Crystal Mountain condo. We played cards every night and laughed, late into the night. I loved when Karen would make her spaghetti, sparing no butter on the angel hair pasta. I miss those times, and will miss Karen.
