Karen Mae Zielinski's Obituary
Mrs. Karen Mae Zielinski, age 77, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on November 16, 1942 to Richard and Dorothy (Wesche) Pusey. Karen was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She had worked at Kmart for many years prior to her retirement. Karen enjoyed traveling, word search puzzles, cross stitch, knitting, and bowling. On September 19, 1964, Karen married Rodney L. Zielinski in Ludington and he survives her along with their three children, Richard (Kari) Zielinski, Rosalyn (Mike) Schroedter, Rodney (Bettye Jo) Zielinski Jr.; seven grandchildren, Karly (Blake), Christopher, Courtney, Nathan, Riley, Morgan, Sarah; one great-grandson, Reece; brother and sisters-in-law, Dennis and Kathy Zielinski and Annette Stranger. She was preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws, Thadeus and Marie Zielinski. A CATHOLIC FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 3, 2020 at St. Francis de Sales Church with Rev. Charles D. Hall presiding. VISITATION will be one hour prior to her service.
