Dearest Mom,
I had always wished that you, I, and all of the kids could of had a closer relationship. I hold no grudges nor do I blame anyone. I've come to realize that not all of us are delt a perfect hand in life. You've had to endure many sorrows and hardships in your short time here, most of which many of us were unable to understand and for that I am sorry. I will no longer weep, for I know that you are in the arms of the angels. Your mind and body will no longer hold you prisoner. Watch over us Mom we need all of the help we can get. I pray to our dear father in heaven that he may grant your family and friends peace and comfort. Hold Daron tight for me and let him know how much I truly love him. I will miss you always Mom.

i didn't really know karen well but spoke to her when i did see her at my uncle don's and aunt maria's house when i was there visiting. i know how it feels to lose someone close and special and i want my aunt maria and uncle don to know that i'm truely sorry for their loss. i'm sorry for the family's loss of their sister, aunt, friend. i'm here for you uncle don and aunt maria if you need to talk, i'll listen or if you just need a shoulder to lean on i'm here for ya. love ya guys!##imported-begin##Lisa Claflin##imported-end##

I have so much that I want to say, I don't know where to start. I guess I'll start by telling you i'm very sorry I didn't say "Good-Bye" to you on Friday with the rest of the family, but I aslo know you understand. We talked to great lengths about how we felt about that, so I know you understand. Boy we've been through alot together, Good times,bad times, happy times, sad times, and we even got past our arguments! Through all this we were there for each other, we always forgave adn forgot and we knew we loved each other as sisters should. I know how you worried so about not getting to heaven,but your there! Your with mom and dad and I know your sooo happy! But I'm so sad I will tresure and keep in my heart our last conversation on Easter Sunday. If only I knew than that I would never talk to you again, thers so much that I would have said,but i'm glad that our last words to each other wer that we loved each other. Karen I will miss you deeply. You were a big part of my life these past few years. There's a big whole in my heart it will never be the same. Dear Karen,
I want you to know I will miss you. I know what a good person you were. We had our ups and downs-but your kindness was clear. I know how much you loved Maria and she really loved you. I hope I can help get her through this, for I know how much she is suffering.Losing my best friend and two of my sisters in a very short time span has been rough. I also loved your mother very much. What a wonderful person she was! I'm glad I got to give you a hug and tell you I loved you just days before your passing. Maria once said "dying is the easy part,its living thats hard" I didn't understand her saying that,but I'm really starting to understand now. You were a good sister-in-law adn will surely be missed. Karen,
I know you're in a much better place than we all are, but it is so hard to realize and believe that you are gone. I always have been "too busy" to keep in touch like I should have, and I am sorry. You always told me that you loved me whenever I saw you. Well, I always loved you, too, and the only consolation I have right now is knowing you are no longer in pain, and happy where you are.

My dear sister, since your departure I've been reminiscing about our childhood days. The big hill across Shettler Rd. that we went sledding on and that day we stayed out to long, your little hands and feet got so cold you couldn't walk to get home. I told you to hop on the sled and I pulled you home. After we got home you said, "thanks for pulling me home," and I thought to myself, that's what sisters do. We loved playing under the pine trees and climbing them to see who could climb the highest, you always won, you were fearless. Summer days, waiting for the ice cream bike to come, talking about what flavor we would buy that day. They were good times we shared. Our bad times no longer exist, my heart has no place for them.
