I have many wonderful memories; I remember getting together with Joyce,Jack,Bruce and I playing a card game called Hand and Foot. The women versus the men and making pizza. Remember Joyce and I going to Countryside greenhouse,buying flowers and wishing we had more room to buy more. One time we went and Joyce bought Bruce a Golden Locust tree.It barely fit in our suv! The tree is huge now and beautiful!! Lots of grasses,flowers and plants from her flower beds to remember her by. Then there were the camping trips we took up to Pentwater and White river campground. We also used to go on afternoon rides and see where Joyce and Jack had grew up. Where grandpa Lamb had lived too! Then we would usually stop in at the Depot for lunch in Grant. Joyce made me warm bootie’s, the old fashioned dish cloth’s she knew I liked. And gave us some beautiful quilts! Sooo many memories for sure! All I have to do is look outside and I see Joyce everywhere!!! Thankful for the time we had with Joyce and Jack.

Grandma when I look back over my childhood I remember Sunday evening Golf Cart rides looking for Smurfs, Going for nature walks, and you letting us play hairdresser and put Velcro Curlers in your hair
I also remember you coming to Grandparents Day and feeling like I had the coolest most beautiful Grandma in the whole world you were so stylish and put together in your Gerbaud Jeans and you were so fun and Sassy
I have been so inspired by your creativity always showing me your latest craft or sewing projects you taught me different sewing techniques and even drove over one day to help me thread my sewing machine and then made me do it so you knew I knew what I was doing you also taught me how to needle tat and your gift of creativity is something I will hold onto and cherish always
You also had such a green thumb your beautiful flower gardens you taught me so many things and my yard is full of flowers you gave me
Whenever I see a Smurf , A Hummingbird or a Beautiful Flower Garden I will think of you

Curlers in my Grandmas hair
I also remember Grandparents Day at school I thought I had the coolest most beautiful Grandma in the whole world she was so stylish and put together with her Gerbaud Jeans and Leather Boots and Jacket and so Sassy and Fun too
As an adult my Grandma inspired me with her Creativity always showing you her latest craft or sewing projects and when I began sewing she taught me some tricks of the trade and she even drove over to my house when I couldn’t get my sewing machine threaded right and it kept jamming she showed me how to do it and had me show her I could do it myself she also came over for an afternoon and taught me how to needle tat her gift of creativity is something I will always remember and cherish
Grandma also had a Green Thumb she loved to walk you through her flower gardens she amazed me with her knowledge of plants and flowers many of the flowers in my landscaping were gifted from her
Grandma whenever I see a Smurf, A Hummingbird or a Beautiful Flower Garden I will remember you until we meet again

Grandma was a true character, full of life until the very end. She had a way of being both adorable and sassy, often dressed in her favorite color, purple. Whether it was playing tug-of-war with her beloved dog, George (Georgie), enjoying her A&W root beer, or responding with an enthusiastic “Oh, I know!” whenever I told her she was pretty during our FaceTime chats (even if she answered while on the toilet), she always kept things interesting. I’ll never forget her playful spirit, which even extended to her pole dancing days (if you know, you know).

She gifted me a stuffed pony as a whimsical gesture, telling me it was for "riding off into the sunset away from your illness." Grandma has been a constant presence in my life, starting from our time living on the golf course when I was just 3-4 years old. I cherish memories of her in leather pants, driving fancy cars, giving me golf-cart driving lessons, and her tales of the ‘Smurfs’ living in the ferns along the tree line. Playing under her willow tree and running on the freshly watered greens of the course will forever hold a special place in my heart.
