Kathleen A. King's Obituary
Kathleen “Kat” King, age 64, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021. She was born in Muskegon on November 8, 1956, and was a lifelong resident. She was loved and will be missed deeply. She had an extraordinary green thumb for gardening. Her yard was a slice from heaven. She loved to cruise and take road trips on her Harley Davidson. Kat spoke often of her friends and the pool league she was involved with for several years. After 22 years, she retired from GE/Johnson Technologies on January 31, 2021. She is survived by her daughter, Shana Dye and son, Shaun Kenney; grandchildren, Breanna and Jacob; brother, Donald (Jean) King; sisters, Margaret Clinkenbeard and Cynthia (Dean) Sladoje; nieces and nephew, and many close cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Elsie King. A Graveside Service will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery on Thursday, February 25 at 3:00 pm.
