Kathleen Ozios' Obituary
Mrs. A. Kathleen Ozios, age 87, passed away early Saturday, February 4, 2012 in Whitehall, MI. She was born on February 18, 1924 in Muskegon to George and Genevieve (Feis) LaNore, and resided in the area all of her life. Kathleen was a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She worked many years at Muskegon Co-Op Federal Credit Union before retiring in 1979. Kathleen enjoyed gardening, golf, and her Pinochle Club. On December 23, 1944, she married Emmett A. Ozios and he preceded her in death on April 13, 2006. SURVIVORS include 3 daughters, Carol (Robert) Macaulay of Norton Shores, Janet (Paul) Bethke of Muskegon, and Patricia Zaffuto of California; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. Kathleen was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy Cross and Donna Matson; and 2 brothers, George “Floyd” LaNore and John “Jack” LaNore. The MEMORIAL SERVICE for Kathleen will be 11AM Saturday, February 11, 2012 at The Lee Chapel, Systema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey 231-798-1100.
