Kathleen J. Niemier's Obituary
Mrs. Kathy J. Niemier, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, May 1, 2004, at the age of 52. She was born March 9, 1952 in Muskegon to Ronald and Joyce (Olson) Klinkner, and had been a life resident. Mrs. Niemier was a paraprofessional for Muskegon Public Schools for 14 years, and was known to many as “Mrs. Lalone”. She loved to cook. On July 14, 2001, she married Dean Niemier in Muskegon, and he survives her along with 3 children, Ronald (Jennifer) Harris of Twin Lake, Kelley (Matthew) Aerts of North Muskegon, Joy (Ed) Earnest of Muskegon; 4 grandchildren, Brenden, Cole, Jenna, Carson; and her father-in-law, Toby Niemier of Pentwater. She was preceded in death by her parents. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at The Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd.
