Mr. Keith B. Shaffer, 63, passed away at home Monday afternoon, November 13, 2017, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his parents, C. George and Mary Lou Shaffer; 3 brothers, Alan, James and George; 1 sister, Jeanette; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Keith will be held at a later date.
