Kelley Leigh Rottman's Obituary
Kelley Leigh Rottman, age 50, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020 peacefully in her home. She was born on January 10, 1970 in Holland, MI. Kelley’s family moved to Muskegon when she was a young girl and lived there all of her life. Kelley graduated from Mona Shores High School in 1988. She furthered her education at Lansing Institute of Design. In 1993, Kelley married the love of her life, Larry Rottman in Sint Maarten and grew a love for the area, returning for many treasured vacations. They spent many years together living on Mona Lake, boating, gardening, entertaining, listening to music and kitchen dancing. She and Larry worked side by side, at MidWest Real Estate Services, Inc. for many years until he preceded Kelley in death on August 16, 2019. Kelley had a passion for life, a keen eye for interior design and loved her circle of friends. She enjoyed “wowing” her friends with her amazing culinary creations and gave the most beautiful wrapped gifts ever. Kelley will be missed by many, especially her family that includes her mother, Janet (Wally) Frantz; sisters, Holly B. Piasecki, Shawna (Bobby) Appleton; three nieces, Kylie, Morgan, and Zoey; sisters-in-law, Joni Shinn, Jackie (Ken) Systma, brothers-in-law, Craig (Lori) Rottman, Bruce (Elaine) Rottman; devoted friend Joe Huffman, and her beloved dog, Blu and kitty cat Khloe.
