Kenneth L. Campbell's Obituary
Kenneth L. Campbell, age 86, passed away on June 24, 2024, in Fruitport, Michigan surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan, on January 27, 1938, to Lawrence and Elizabeth (Ross) Campbell. He married the love of his life, Catherina Bos, on September 25, 1959. He was in the Navy from January 1956 to January 1959 where he proudly represented and served his country. Ken was a member and deacon at Cloverville Baptist Church for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, snowmobiling, camping, and going on cruises. He is survived by his wife: Catherina Campbell; children: Donald (Roberta) Campbell, Martha Campbell, and Catharina Putnam; brother: Eugene (Barbara) Campbell; 10 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents: Lawrence and Elizabeth Campbell; brothers: Walter Campbell and Robert Campbell; son-in-law, Daniel Putnam; granddaughter: Mariah Marino and a half-sister: Nancy Green. VISITATION will be at the Lee Chapel, Wednesday June 26, 2024, at 01:00 PM with the FUNERAL SERVICE immediately following at 02:00 PM. There will be cake and refreshments following the service at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, located at 5201 Airline Rd, Muskegon, MI., 49444.
