Kenneth L. Craymer's Obituary
Kenneth L. Craymer, age 86, passed away on Wednesday, November 11. He was born in Muskegon Heights, MI on February 1, 1934 to Austin and Frances Craymer. He is survived by his loving wife Lois of 63 years. He worked for Lift-Tech International for 44 years, retiring in 1996. He was also a part-time tax preparer for over 50 years. He graduated from Muskegon Heights School (played on the 1951 football team) and Muskegon Business College. He served his country in the United States Navy from 1954-1956. Survivors include sons Mark (Evon) Craymer and Kirk (Malinda) Craymer, 4 grandchildren: Mackenzie (Joshua) Wymer, Taylor, Zachary, and Austin Craymer, sister Dianne Craymer, and sisters-in-law Dee and Mary Craymer. He was preceded in death by brothers Austin, Arthur, and Donald Craymer, sister Barbara Wierda and brother-in-law Robert Wierda, and sister-in-law June Craymer. Ken was a willing and helpful friend to many. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 4475 Henry St. Muskegon, MI 49441 at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Mark Gilson officiating. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church or to the Viking Lodge.
