Mr. Kenneth E. Hollenbeck's Obituary
Kenneth E. Hollenbeck, age 70, hunted his last season, making it most rewarding with his largest buck. He passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. In 1965, he married his high school sweetheart Mary Jo Sadler. Together they were blessed with three children. Ken worked in the printing business for over 40 years at Commercial Press, Great Lakes Business Forms and Earle Press. He was a member of Fellowship Reformed Church. Ken enjoyed hunting and being at his property up north. He had a fond love of the outdoors and especially loved sharing this with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by his wife of nearly 50 years, Mary Jo; children, Mark (Kathy) Hollenbeck, Kristine (David) Gibbs and Kelly (Scott) Merz; grandchildren, Kristin, Bret, Kelsie, Kyle and Abrial; great granddaughter, Keeley; and 2 brothers, Richard (Benita) Hollenbeck and Roger Hollenbeck. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ancil and Andeen Hollenbeck. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11 AM on Friday April 24, 2015 at Fellowship Reformed Church 4200 East Apple Ave. VISITATION will be held on Thursday from 5-7 PM at The Lee Chapel 6291 S Harvey St., 231-798-1100. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Johnson Family Cancer Center or Fellowship Reformed Church.
