I'm sorry to hear that a long time family friend Ken Kieft has passed away. Ken and my Dad were great friends! I will remember Ken for his kindness, willingness to help me when in a jam, his sense of humor, and his creativity! One memory I have of Ken goes way back when I was in High School. I was going on a date. Ken and my Dad were outside in the driveway talking. My date arrives with flowers behind his back. My date walks by the two of them red faced and very nervous! Ken and my Dad gave him the stare down! As soon as my date was in the house Ken and my Dad busted out laughing! I hope Ken and my Dad are reunited and laughing in heaven. Keeping Ken's wife Liz and family in my prayers. R.I.P. Ken Kieft. ❤️
When my kids were growing up Ken literally got them the best gifts for their birthdays. It always had to do with water, glitter bomb cards, or something that went zing through the air. My kids called him crazy uncle Ken because he was the fun uncle and he was always loved beyond measure.
