Kenneth R. Tyler's Obituary
Kenneth Raymond Tyler, age 75, passed away in Muskegon, MI, on Monday, August 26, 2024. Kenneth was born in Muskegon to James and Violet (Swanson) Tyler on January 4, 1949. He graduated from Muskegon High School and went on to work as a truck mechanic for Pacer Service Center, and then for many years at Webb Chemical before retiring in 2017. Kenneth enjoyed playing cribbage, shooting pool, and going for a ride by the lake. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Janice Joplin and the Eagles.
Kenneth will be lovingly remembered by his two children: Heather Tyler and Heath Tyler; two daughters “by heart”: Elizabeth Taylor and Danielle Taylor; five grandchildren: Christopher, Brent, and Geoff Lineberry, and Alexandra and Xavier Duell; brother, Robert Tyler; and close friends, Frank and Tammy, as well as many other friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings: Johnny Tyler and Donna Tyler.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 7, at Bob Hi Lanes, 2930 S Getty St, Norton Shores, MI 49444. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
