Kenneth L. Watson Jr.'s Obituary
Kenneth L. Watson, Jr. age 85, formerly of Grand Haven and Lansing, MI. passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017, in Fort Myers, FL.
Ken was a graduate of Grand Haven High School, class of 1949. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Delores K. Watson of Fort Myers,FL; sister, Susan (Kenneth) Klop of Rothbury; three sons: Wayne T. Watson of Mount Pleasant, Kenneth L. Watson III, of Fort Myers, FL, and Michael S. (Deborah) Watson of Hollister, MO; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six nieces; and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Watson, Sr., his mother, Catherine M. (Nauta) Westover, granddaughter, Jennifer E. Watson, and son, Trevor R. Watson.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services – The VanZantwick Chapel with Rev. Daniel Anderson officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Charles A. Conklin American Legion Post # 28 Honor Guard. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
