Kevin Cooper's Obituary
The King of the Cooper clan has fallen after a Fierce battle with AML on April 20th 2026 at the age of 68.
He passed with his warriors by his side- which include his warrior Wife of 45 years Michele, Daughter Lacy (Branden), Son Alex (Nelia) and grandson Ivan who was with him until the end.
Kevin was a self-employed carpenter for 40 years who was very detailed and strived for perfection on every project. Kevin was so proud to have his son work beside him learning the trade for the last 10 years.
Survivors include six grandchildren- Jaelynn, Sawyer, Ryden, Ivan, Jaxon, and Charles. Two sisters- Debbie (Jon) Beckler and Sharon (Andy) Dahms, cousins and extended family. Best friends Tom Ray and Jan Schick, Bob and Hilda Alflen and so many other awesome people who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents James and Nancy (Lynch) Cooper, brother Gary Cooper and nephew Jesse Cooper.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held May 15, 2026 from 5pm-9pm at the Coopersville VFW Post #5598, 511 68th Ave N, Coopersville, MI 49404.
