Larry was my second father. He was always there when I needed him. He helped many others regardless if they were officially family! He will always live in my heart and in the memories that we made! I’m going to try to celebrate his life and that is what he would want. He left many who will miss him always…
To us cousins, Uncle Larry was special. When you think of an uncle, you think of an old person, like your parents.
Uncle Larry was always young and full of energy. To me, he was a big brother. We even shared a bedroom in Detroit and in Roseville.
Whenever he was going anywhere. I'd say, "Where you going Uncle Larry?". He'd answer, "Crazy. Want a go?"
This time, I know where you're going, and we're all going to miss you.

Oh Ruth. I’m so sorry Larry was taken so soon. He always had a smile on his face for me. I loved it when he always said he would make us road kill soup for us girls at the salon. He will be missed by so many. He was such a loving man. I will miss him.
