Larry D. King's Obituary
Larry D. King, age 63, devoted father and grandfather, passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning, September 21, 2017. He was born December 28, 1953 in Clay County, West Virginia to Dana King and Nell Jean and Earl Jacks. Larry was a U.S. Navy Veteran and worked for CWC Textron for the past 22 years as an electrician. He was very proud of serving on the board and being a member of the U.A.W. Local 539. Larry enjoyed watching football, playing pool, and was a talented musician and guitarist. He mostly loved spending time with his family which include 2 sons: Christopher (Christy) King, Nathan King; 3 grandchildren: Tori, Christina, and Travis; 3 sisters: Linda Riley, Jan Hunt, Jackie Gross; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Andrea “Ani” King in 2004. SERVICES for Larry will be held 11:00 AM Monday, September 25, 2017 at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210.
