Larry R. Moureau's Obituary
Mr. Larry Moureau, age 63, passed away at home on May 3, 2021. He was born on November 10, 1957 to Norman and Helen (Hughes) Moureau in Muskegon. Larry served his country in the US Army. He worked 35 years at Quality Tool and Stamping and had a passion for motorcycles, hot rods and hunting. On June 4, 1994 he married, Roberta “Bert” Verboam in Muskegon and she preceded him in death in 2012. SURVIVORS include son, Hunter Moureau; daughter, Shannon (Derek) Sliter; son, Jacob Moureau; 6 grandchildren, Carson Jory, Lillian Rose, Ryan Scott, Reed Owen, Jacob jr. and Mia Leigh; brothers, Jim (Pam) Moureau and Bill Moureau and sister-in-law, Debra Verboam; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Larry was also preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Vicki Moureau. A private family memorial service will take place. PUBLIC VISITATION will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 3pm to 6pm at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442.
