Larry W. Muckey's Obituary
Larry Wayne Muckey, 78, born January 8, 1941 to Carl Wayne and Marie May (Schaallema) Muckey in Muskegon. Larry passed away quietly with his loving wife Sharon at his side and is now in the loving hands of our Lord Jesus. Larry served his country with the US Army and was a true patriot of the United States of America. Larry is survived by his loving wife, Sharon; daughters, Kay, Marie and several grandchildren; stepchildren Terri, Traci, Todd and several grand-stepchildren; sisters, Mary Judith, Phyllis, Kathleen (Tim Conant), Christine; brothers, Daniel (Karen), Edward (Cindy), Robert (Elaine); and faithful friend, Bruce Pennell. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Chad; sister, Carol Lynn Sircher. Larry was an over the road truck driver hauling specialty loads “over wide” “over long” coast to coast all over the United States. Larry loved VFW fish dinners, model trucks, antique Cadillacs and his family. A MEMORIAL GATHERING will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the VFW Post #3195 (5209 Grand Haven Rd.) from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Arrangements entrusted to The Lee Chapel, 6291 S.
