Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. I remember Mrs. Westgate loved bird watching... Rosemary loves bird watching and now I love to watch them and I am teaching my kids to appreciate them. It is amazing to see such a gift passed down from generation to generation.

My dad was at the Poppen Residence for 7 months and during that time we got to know Kelly quite well. We thrilled her several times by dancing the waltz for her. We were saddened when medicare rules forced her to leave. We were glad to read in her obituary that she was able to return to Poppen for her last days among those she had known.
