I am so incredibly sad to hear about Larry. Gosh, I also have so many good childhood memories of Larry. He was good friends with my brother, Bryan, and was at our home alot and those boys and us, girls, too were always playing some sport or game with Larry leading way. We spent countless hours with Larry during those great childhood years. I remember Larry as so kind hearted, very industrious, creative, a problem solver, hard worker, and just fun. My Dad, Mr. Manning, always was amazed at Larry's tremendous athletic ability and talents and Larry's strength. One winter, Larry led the way and actually built this huge bobsled run in our backyard directing the boys. It was magnificent and a sight to see. Us kids spent so much time together doing so many activities and Larry was always there getting us going. I was always inspired to see him skate so well on ice at Hoyt Park. I remember too when his first niece and nephew were born how excited he was to be an Uncle and how he loved them so. Larry is a beautiful person through and through and I will miss him. My prayers are with the entire Hart family and his children.

My condolences to the Hart family. I always enjoyed stopping by to visit with Larry on my summer bike rides through Southfield Village. Thanks for the fond memories Larry. Ivan Garcia
I am so sorry to hear about Larry. My sincere condolences to the Hart family. As a childhood friend who lived two houses down from him (Southfield Village in Bridgeport), I have a lot of good memories of Larry. He, our neighbor/friend Paul, and I used to play every sport we could think of: sandlot baseball, basketball, football, golf, billiards, hockey, and more baseball, etc. I also learned a great amount from Larry for each sport. I fondly remember helping Larry build an ice rink in his back yard (he worked hard on this rink), and we gladly followed his directions. Also, I watched as he built a go kart in his garage. We were in awe that he knew how to make tacos as a kid, but we were glad to dine at what we called Larry's Taco Cafe. I will miss Larry. My thoughts are with his family and children.
