Larry worked for Mike's Bread as a baker's assistant in the summer break in the 1980s. He was very proud of his Italian heritage and his faith.
His mother, father and sisters must be comforted with the many shared memories of Larry's accomplishments.
Mike and I add our condolences to your long list of friends and acquaintances who love you. Darma Jones Canter
Here’s a picture of Larry and me that didn’t attach.
It was an honor to know Larry. I had the distinct privilege of marching with him in both the Spartan Marching Band and Alumni Band. Celebrate your memories of Larry, and in those memories, may you find comfort. May the angels welcome you to paradise.
I knew Larry professionally during my years of work in the recipient rights system. He was a good man. My deepest sympathies to his family and to his colleagues at HealthWest.
Job well done my friend! Condolences to the family! Larry will definitely be missed. Rest in Peace!
A few memories I have of Larry:
- a bright, amazingly aware of world events teenager in a St. Mary ‘s of the Woods catechism event which I co-led.
- at the Cinema theater after a movie
Martha and I went to , he handed me a stray kitten that he rescued. That kitten, ”Cinema” became my buddy and travel companion for 15 years.
- Before his career at CMH he worked for Prudential and with his advisement I bought an insurance policy after my marriage broke down. As a new MSU graduate he was very professional and helpful.
- his smiling greeting many times at Carmen’s’
- his quick, smart participation at Trivia
