LeAnn Farber's Obituary
Mrs. LeAnn Farber, age 56, passed away Sunday afternoon, June 7, 2009. She was born December 27, 1952 in Muskegon to Gayl and Edna (Kimmel) Beals. She is survived by her husband Terry and two daughters, Elizabeth Anne Farber and Amanda Colleen (Chad) Norkus, in addition to her sister Nancy B. (Roger) Stenberg and her brother Gayl D. (JoAnne) Beals. She attended Wolf Lake Baptist Church where she was a lifelong member. At Wolf Lake Baptist she was a Sunday School Teacher, Awana Leader and past President of the Ladies Mission. LeAnn worked for Oakridge Schools as a paraprofessional. She assisted in teaching children to read and also worked with special needs children. She ended her eighteen year career with Oakridge as a Library Media Aide. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Wolf Lake Baptist Church (1070 S. Wolf Lake Rd.) with Rev. Burt C. Wachter officiating.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either Wolf Lake Baptist Church or LeAnn’s family to help defray medical expenses.
