Leonard W. Gauthier, Sr.'s Obituary
Mr. Leonard W. Gauthier, Sr., age 72, passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 9, 2008 in Muskegon. He was born July 20, 1936 in Leelanau County to Joseph and Bernice (Coleman) Gauthier, and lived most of his life in the Muskegon area. Mr. Gauthier worked as a truck driver for Muskegon Asphalt for many years before retiring, enjoyed being with his family, going to car auctions, watching television, and listening to the radio. On May 15, 1954 he married Oma E. Lange in Ludington. SURVIVORS include his wife Oma of Twin Lake; 5 children, Leonard W. (Jodi) Gauthier, Jr. of Grand Rapids, Leon W. (Melissa) Gauthier of Herod, IL, Larry W. (Kandi) Gauthier of Splendora, TX, Lee W. (Lori) Gauthier of Twin Lake, Les W. Gauthier of N. Muskegon; several grand and great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Laura (Joe) Razok of Holton. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. SERVICES will be 10:30 AM Saturday at Northside Bible Church, 1937 N. Whitehall Rd., with Pastor Lowell Wood officiating. Burial will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery. VISITATION at
