Leon D. Cramblit's Obituary
Mr. Leon D. Cramblit, age 58, passed away later Saturday evening, April 10, 2010 in Grand Rapids. He was born July 31, 1951 to William D. and Margaret (Hughson) Cramblit in Muskegon, and was a life resident. Leon worked at Landscape Supply of Muskegon, enjoyed watching the Red Wings, NASCAR, going to car shows, the casino, and camping. On December 8, 2000 he married Jeanie L. Houghtaling, and she survives him along with 3 children, Heather, Missy, and Billy; 2 step-children, Rochelle and Nicholle; 3 grandchildren, Morgan, Aidan, and Tyler; 1 sister, Louise (Bob) Moore; his dog, best friend, and shadow, Bandit. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his step-son Eddie Houghtaling II. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Friday at The Sytsema Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. (231) 726-5210 with Pastor Greg VanderMeer of Fellowship Reformed Church officiating. Burial will take place at Egelston Township Cemetery. VISITATION at the funeral home will be from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday.
