Leon W. Lindstrom's Obituary
Mr. Leon W. Lindstrom, age 74, passed away Sunday morning, March 15, 2009. He was born September 12, 1934 in Muskegon to Wilbur and Olive Gladys (Chamberlin) Lindstrom. Mr. Lindstrom worked for Sureline Screw Products for 25 years before becoming part-owner of Rolar Products for 10 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Oak-Crest Church of God. On March 17, 1951 he married the former Geraldine “Jerri” Rafferty in Muskegon and she preceded him in death on August 12, 1995. SURVIVORS include his son, Kim (Tammy) Lindstrom of Norton Shores; daughter, Karay (Gary) Patterson of Norton Shores; special daughter-in-law, Mary Lindstrom; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Leah) Lindstrom of Muskegon; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Gary and Michael Lindstrom; infant daughter, Cathie Jo; and his sister, Audrine Smith. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Oak-Crest Church of God (1540 Leonard St.) with Rev. Robert D. Rogers officiating. Burial will take place in Mona View Cemetery. VISITATION with the family will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at
