Leota M. Baun's Obituary
LoMrs. Leota M. Baun, age 88, passed away Friday, December 15, 2006 at a local hospital. She was born on September 17, 1918 to Jesse and Pearl (Price) Wellman and has resided in Muskegon all of her life. She worked for Amazon and Lakey Foundry prior to her retirement in 1954. On June 28, 1947 she married, James Baun and they were married for 41 years prior to his death in 1988. She had a special love for her bird, Nipper and enjoyed teaching the bird to speak many words. Survivors include 4 children, Linda Baun, Nancy (Fred) Rollenhagen, David (Pat) Baun and Jack (Elaine) Baun all of Muskegon; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren; 1 sister, Lucy Woirol; 2 brothers, Richard (Clarabelle) Woirol and Dean Woirol. Mrs. Baun was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl and step-father Ernest Woirol; her father, Jesse; 1 sister; and 4 brothers. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at
