LeRoy Gardenour's Obituary
LeRoy Gardenour, age 76, passed away unexpectedly in Florida on Tuesday, February 4, 2004. Mr. Gardenour was born October 18, 1927 in Muskegon. He married the former Lorraine DeLong on October 27, 1945. She preceded him in death on December 7, 1984. He was employed at Continental Motors, and was one of the founders of Co-Optical where he was the General Manager for many years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. SURVIVORS include 1 son, Mark (Christine) Gardenour of Austin, TX; 1 daughter, Karen Wheeler of Muskegon; his life-mate, Elly Lynch; her children, Judy of Muskegon, Mike of Fremont. He is also survived by a brother, Daniel Gardenour of Fremont, sister Doris Launer of Florida; many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dorothy Gardenour, and a son-in-law Gregory Wheeler. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Monday at
