Lewis Frank Neumann's Obituary
Mr. Lewis Frank Neumann, age 94, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Muskegon. He was born in Muskegon on September 12, 1927 to Ludwig and Susie (Barnum) Neumann. Lewis was a veteran of the United States Army and served in WWII. He was a Superintendent at Johnson Technology for 21 years prior to his retirement in 1988. Lewis enjoyed the Mollie B Polka Party, camping, and wintering in Florida for 20 years. On May 2, 1964, Lewis married the former Dorothy E. Wessels in Muskegon and she survives him along with daughter, Linda Kevern; granddaughters, Tracey Bingham and Tonja Byers; and brother, Richard (Katie) Neumann. He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, James Kevern; and six siblings. SERVICES will be held 11:00 AM Monday, June 6, 2022 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. VISITATION will be one hour prior to his service. Burial will be in Norton Cemetery. MEMORIALS in memory of Lewis may be directed to Harbor of Grace Lutheran Church.
