Lillian M. Moody's Obituary
Mrs. Lillian May Moody, age 98, passed away, Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Seminole Shores. She was born March 27, 1910 in Allegan, MI to Charles and Bertha (Thompson) Jewell. Mrs. Moody enjoyed arts and crafts and going to the cottage on Bass Lake. She loved spending time with her family and going on long walks. Mrs. Moody has been a Lakeside resident for many years. On May 21, 1932 she married Charles Moody in Michigan City, IN and he preceded her in death on March 28, 1989. She is survived by a daughter Patricia Reed of Muskegon, 3 grandchildren, Sherrill (Allen) Hager of Grand Rapids, David (Karen) Reed of Muskegon, and Laurie (Ernest) Klein of Coopersville, and 6 great-grandchildren, Matthew Hager, Sarah, Chad, and Julie Reed, Kelly and Nicholas Klein. She was preceded in death by 1 great-granddaughter, Rebecca Hager and her sister, Pearl Norgrove. There will be a private family service, with interment taking place in Lakeside Cemetery.
