Mrs. Linda K. Bradfield's Obituary
Mrs. Linda Kay Bradfield, 75, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2018. She was born January 9, 1943 to Richard W. and Katharine (Woorst) Olson in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. She was an active member at Samuel Lutheran Church, had been a kitchen worker at the North Muskegon Schools before retiring in 2006, and participated in De Colores. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, collecting angel figurines, gardening and walks at Lake Michigan. On October 7, 1961 Linda married Wendell “Windy” Bradfield, and he survives her along with 2 children: Robin (Craig) Archambault, William (Dee) Bradfield; 5 grandchildren: Matthew (Lindsey) Wiegand, Zechariah Bradfield, Natali Bradfield, Sean (Jennifer) Archambault, Shae Archambault; 3 great-grandchildren, and one on the way; 2 sisters: Thurene Busman, Anna (Tom) Gould; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers: Rickard W. Olson and Nels G. Olson. The funeral service for Linda will be held Friday, June 22, at 11:00 AM at Samuel Lutheran Church, 540 Houston Ave, Muskegon, 49441. Burial will take place at Laketon Township Cemetery. Visitation at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, 49444, (231) 798-1100, will be Thursday, June 21, from 6-8 PM, and also 1 hour prior to the service at church.
