Linda M. Cirner's Obituary
Linda Marie Cirner, age 69, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born July 19, 1950 in Muskegon to Joseph and Patricia (Bisson) Langlois, Sr. Linda was a 1968 graduate of Muskegon Catholic Central and for most of her life was a self-employed day care provider for many family and friends until her retirement in 2004 for health reasons. She was a devout catholic and a very active member of the former St. Jean’s Catholic Church, where she had taught CCD for over 30 years, was a eucharistic minister, and belonged to DeColores. Linda could always be found attending the 10 AM Mass. Following the closing of St. Jean’s, she became a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and was currently a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include 2 children: Heather (Robert) Saldana of Yorkville, IL, Brent (Mandy) Cirner of Muskegon; 14 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; 2 brothers: Robert (Gretchen) Langlois, James Langlois both of Muskegon; 6 sisters: Kathleen Baird of North Carolina, Patti Jo Zimmer, Jeanne (Robert) Dewey both of Muskegon, Barbara Langlois of Virginia Beach, VA, Christine Wall, Karen Langlois both of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers: Joseph, Jr., John Pierre, and Patrick Langlois. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held 1:00 PM Friday, February 21, 2020 at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 737 Apple Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 (231) 726-5210. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society will be appreciated.
