I taught with Linda for many years at Shettler School. We had many fun experiences with the students and staff. We also retired together in 2010. Linda and I enjoyed many lunches with lots of laughs and conversation. She was always so positive and cheerful. Linda spoke often of her children and grandchildren and was so proud of you. There will be an empty chair at our breakfast table on Tuesday mornings. Our friend, Linda will be greatly missed. Our hearts are heavy as Linda was always happy , positive, entertaining, and full of news! Smart lady! Her trivia group will miss her knowledge and friendship, too. The Fabs are missing a dear, dear “sister”! Our deepest sympathy for her family.
I met Linda at Port City Church and knew from the moment I met her she was a beautiful soul. Her welcoming smile and sincere kindness allowed those her met her to feel genuinely accepted. This world was impacted by her presence but now she has reached her final destination that she longed for! Amen! RIP Linda. And many prayers for all feeling this loss.
Linda, my heart is sadden to know you will not be with us , although I am very thankful for your relationship with our Lord and knowing now you are with your family that has already left to be with our savior. Thank you for our friendship....I will see you again someday.
