Linda Lou Weslock's Obituary
Linda Lou Weslock, age 74, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022. She was born in Muskegon on March 21, 1948 to Ernest and Dorothy (Eller) Taylor. She graduated from Orchard View High School in 1966. Linda was a hairdresser until she was married and had children, then became a stay-at-home mom. When the kids left home, she returned to work at various cleaners in the Muskegon area until 2007 when her health didn’t allow her to work any longer. She was baptized on September 6, 2014, and finally gave her life to the Lord. Linda lived with her dog, Sully, until a broken leg prevented her from living unassisted and moved to Northcrest nursing home where she had many friends. Linda loved playing bingo, eating at her favorite restaurant, Mr. B’s Pancake House, watching her grandkids play sports and spending time with her family. She is survived by three children: Mark (Jennifer) Betz, Richard Betz II, and Lisa Betz; her beloved five grandchildren: Anthony, Brianna, Nathan, Clayton, and Madalyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry Taylor. Honoring Linda’s wishes, there will be no service or celebration of life.
