Lisa Jo Baldwin's Obituary
Lisa Jo Baldwin, age 61 of Spring Lake passed away Saturday, November 28,2020 at Mercy Hospital. She was born June 19. 1959 in Toledo, OH to Owen D. and Myrna L. (Rau) Puse. On May 19, 2018 she married David A. Baldwin in Spring Lake, MI.
Lisa was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 and part of the 8 & 40 Salon 499. Lisa was an avid reader, she enjoyed bowling, fishing, traveling, gaming and was a self-taught computer programmer. She was an exceptionally talented flutist and clarinetist. She graduated from Leland High school in San Jose CA and San Jose cosmetology. She had many demanding jobs over the years, including managing a bowling alley in California, worked several years at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory holding a security clearance, helped manage Heritage Corp. holdings and properties in Newton, MA and finally, spent the last 9 years as office manager for Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken performing everything from payroll to Human resources to Internet Technology for all 3 Muskegon stores and Golden Corral before its closing.
She is survived by her husband, David; two sons, Devin C. Hunter of Tracy, CA and Tyler A. Davis of Reno, NV; her mother, Myrna; sister-in-law, Tracy Geschwin; and many aunts, uncles, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Owen; brother, Brian D. Puse.
A visitation will be held 5-7 PM Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at The VanZantwick Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 620 Washington Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Covid-19 restrictions and facemasks will be required. Interment will take place in Restlawn Memorial Park in Perrysburg, OH.
