Lisa A. Durgan's Obituary
Lisa A. Durgan, age 53 passed away on October 9, 2014 at her home after battling cancer. She was born on June 30, 1961 to Ned and MaryAnn (Mendel) Durgan in Muskegon. Lisa lived life, spending time laughing with her family and friends, animals and riding her motorcycle. She could fix anything and was very confident in getting the job done right. Lisa last employment was for the City of Kalamazoo as an Instrumental Technician and prior to that she worked 25 years at DTE. She is survived by her 3 children, Jami Steger, Jennifer Steger and Jared Steger; her parents, 2 brothers, Ned (Karen) Durgan II, Clyde (Jean) Durgan; 4 sisters, Deb (Michael) Czarnopis, Cindy (Tip) Lapekes, Felicia Durgan and Gretchen (Bob) Langlois. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be the held Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at The Lee Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. with Pastor John H. Brown officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 6-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. BURIAL will take place at Norton Cemetery. MEMORIALS to Pound Buddies would be appreciated.
