I just heard of Mr. Schaubs passing. I used to live across the street from him. He visited with my husband, Jim quite often. My husband was in the hospital for almost a month and died on the 29th of October. I just wanted the family to know that Jim and I enjoyed Mr. Schaubs visits and I know the neighbors will miss him. Patty and I were so sad to hear of your Dad's passing. Growing up with Louie, one of my most vivid and fond memories are of both of your parents working together in the kitchen. Your Dad always had a smile and a friendly comment for me.
Not having seen your Dad for quite a while, I was glad to have the opportunity to talk with him at Lou's party. He seemed very happy to be surrounded by his family.
