Lois May Rouse's Obituary
Mrs. Lois May Rouse, age 63, passed away Tuesday morning, April 12, 2005 at a local hospital. She was born in Muskegon on September 19, 1941, to Robert and Diane (Hurd) Hysell, and had been a resident most of her life. Lois loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Survivors include 2 sons, Ed (Jennifer) Shockey, Darren (Lisa) Shockey, 2 daughters, Treasa (Bo) Shine, Kelly Jean Rouse and husband Jason; 5 grandchildren, Johnathan, Maggie, Nicki, Nathan, DJ; 2 great-grandchildren, Eden, Camron; 1 sister, Edna (John) McDonald; 2 brothers-in-law, Clarence (Darlene) Rouse, Joe Kokx; her Aunt Paula Hysell and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Carol Feriend; 2 husbands, Ed Shockey, Sr., Bill Rouse; her father, Robert Hysell, her mother and step-father, Diane and Ed Brown; 1 grandbaby, Maxwell Lee Shine; 1 sister, Linda Tice; 1 sister-in-law, Marylou Kokx; and her favorite uncle, Jack Hysell.
